Your role - you move with us Cooperation in the planning and implementation of logistics and transformation projects at the Staufenberg branch, from the concept phase to the Go-Live, as well as support for the transfer to the operational operation Participation in the implementation of projects in contract logistics, especially in new logistics solutions and changes in existing customer solutions. Continuing the project tasks in terms of time and content Application of DHL processes and standards to successfully implement projects in all target dimensions (budget, time, quality) Identification of project risks and participation in the development and implementation of appropriate countermeasures. Accompanying changes in the project environment and support in their implementation Support by providing and analyzing structural data In short, you are present on the surface, you pack up and develop people.

This brings you with: professional experience in the project or logistics environment Experience in contract logistics or 3PL environment desirable Knowledge of common project management methods and/or certification are advantageous Experience with the design and/or implementation of warehouse automation technology of advantage Strong analytical skills and problem-solving competence Ability to quickly incorporate into new topics and to understand and structure complex facts Embossed service and customer orientation as well as joy in cooperation with different contact persons. Ability to work in a (virtual) matrix organization Teamability as well as the ability to bring together different participants in the project environment and to develop solutions together Impressed communication strength in German and English Completed study, a commercial training with additional qualification
