Team/Shift Coordinator - Packaging (m/f/d)

As a machine leader coordinator, you are part of the production team and actively participate in the daily business. At the same time, you take a coordinating role within your group of layers and ensure that processes run smoothly. You are the first contact person in the field of packaging and supports the manager layer in the daily business You coordinate your layer group professionally, keep an overview of personnel, plants and production processes and ensure a smooth layering process As an experienced intern, you actively work with and assist in the operation, installation, adjustment and monitoring of the machines and plants You recognize disturbances at an early stage, assist in solution finding and contribute to a trouble-free production process You communicate important information within the group of layers and promote team collaboration

A completed training in the technical or commercial field is desirable, ideally as a machine and plant leader (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. Professional experience in a manufacturing company First, professional leadership experience or the talent and willingness to lead a team with professional leadership Willingness to work in shiftwork (spring and late)
