Team Leader HR Service / Operations (m/f/d)

Professional and disciplinary leadership of the HR service team (including payroll interface, time management and HR administration) Ensuring the correct and timely implementation of all personal administrative processes (from contract creation to offboarding) Responsibility for cooperation with external payroll service providers and internal interfaces (Finance, Compliance, IT) Responsibility for the further development of HR processes, standards and tools throughout the environment Monitoring and reporting of relevant KPIs and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements Close cooperation with HR Recruiting, Personal Development and Analytics & Planning Active cooperation in projects for the professionalization and digitization of HR work Competent cooperation and coordination with the works council

Complete study of economic, legal or social sciences, ideally with a focus on human resources – or a completed commercial training with further training to/from the personnel specialist/woman Multiannual experience in HR Operations / HR Services First leadership experience or proven ability to control and develop a team Knowledge in German labour, wage and social security law High process and IT affinity, experience with HR systems and very good office skills Analytical thinking, structured working and a high degree of sense of responsibility Very good German (C2) and ideally good English skills in word and writing
