As one of the largest public contractors in NRW with around 300 million euros of purchases in the field of public supply and service contracts, we are constantly working on the optimization of the LVR purchase with five strategic competence centers, 30 strategic companies and more than 250 operative buyers. The team of the purchasing-Help-Desks supports the LVR as the first point of contact in the field of supply and services and thus represents a key point. Support activities include: First contact person for all questions about purchasing in IT-technical, economic and legal perspective Implementation of system tests in the IT systems in purchasing Support and advice of external tenderers in the use of the award management software in the context of the electronic tendering fee (Bieter*innensupport) Quality assurance of material and supplier master data for S4 HANA Ariba Ticket registration and processing for all requests received in Jira Support for IT training and user workshops Close cooperation with the central purchasing coordination for the implementation of EHD orders and a proactive customer management
