Approval Manager Legal Acquisition / Pipeline Construction Energy (m/f/d)

A task that challenges. As Approval Manager:in Law Approval / Management Engineering (m/w/d) you make an important contribution to the energy transition. You support the conversion and expansion of our high-voltage networks and shape the energy future with us. You as a subproject manager:in: are part of a project team. You are responsible for the collection of all rights of use and are therefore responsible for the entire legal acquisition (continuous and temporary property claims) within the approval and construction phase for entire high-voltage management projects. You conduct negotiations with owners:inside and farmer:in and during the approval and construction phase, together with the partner companies, you are a contact person with regard to all ownership and management concerns.

You as a designer:in: You formulate the recommendations for action and work instructions to ensure legal approvals and are responsible for the examination, assessment and approval of documents in the field of legal acquisition for our approval procedures.

You as an energy hero:in: You are our interface towards government, authorities and customers: you have the answers to questions in the field of law acquisition.

You as a strateg:in: You recognize the challenges at an early stage and already develop smart solutions in the planning process in order to be able to solve as many problems as possible before the public approval process.

You as a driver:in and pioneer:in: You coordinate partner companies in the field of legal acquisition, approval & construction and ensure appointment and quality management requirements.

Your appearance with effect: You conduct self-responsible discussions with owners:inside, beneficiaries, communities and associations. You will also participate in public participation events. Inside you are a model and live our occupational safety culture.

In addition to a strong communication capability, you will bring an interest in agricultural topics as well as an understanding of law, framework agreements and energy law.

You have knowledge in the field of legal acquisition / basic acquisition / usage rights and can read basic books.

You have completed your studies in the field of economic engineering, business management, survey engineering, agriculture or a comparable field of expertise, as an alternative, you will bring experiences as an expert:in the assessment of agricultural and forestry land.
