IT Specialist System Integration IT Service Desk / Support (m/f/d)

As part of our team at the Service Desk, you support our internal customers (m/w/d) from the commercial and technical fields with your know-how in a broad range of service portfolios. These are your tasks: You are the first contact point for support queries: you receive requests for software and hardware and you process them in first and second level support. You enter our users (m/w/d): On the phone, in writing and by remote support, you make sure that your concerns are resolved quickly and competently. You keep our ticket system in mind: you document, manage and monitor fault messages and keep them internally if necessary. You are organising the workstations of our users (m/w/d): Repair and maintenance work will help you reliably. If necessary, you will also take care of the technology on site: You install and configure PCs as well as mobile devices and directly support colleagues (m/w/d) when additional help is needed.

You have successfully completed your IT training as a specialist system integration (m/w/d) or a similar qualification. Ideally, you have already gained first professional experience in the IT Service Desk. You know yourself in the Microsoft world and find yourself safe here. You like to be in customer contact and communicate clearly and understandably – always focusing on the best possible solution for your customers (m/w/d). Due to your permanent customer contact, secure German knowledge in word and writing is a must. You have a class B license.
