The core of your activity is IT billing. This includes, among other things, the development of IT accounting methods, pricing models and calculations on the IT performance catalogue You develop, create and maintain the IT performance catalogue. Ensuring and implementing the accounting and internal performance calculation is your heart. The budget planning and cost control of IT budgets You develop and implement IT-specific key figures (KPIs) and reports and conduct target-actual analyses, deviation analyses and cost-benefit evaluations You support the IT strategy and contribute to the strategic planning of IT investments, infrastructure and projects including investment accounting (ROI) In addition, you will advise the IT leadership and departments regarding efficiency measures and optimised resource use and support IT projects as a business partner of the controlling Ensure master data maintenance in our ERP system You create the system-side structures in the IT sector among others orders, assemblies, work packages and work processes In parallel, you also always have a look for process optimization, i.e. analysis and optimization of the IT controlling processes as well as introduction of standards and tools (e.g. BI systems) You maintain the existing shared service transactions in the IT sector You contribute to the annual business planning and financial management activities

Complete studies in the field of economics, business informatics or business administration (Bachelor, Master or Diploma) or a comparable degree Ability to systematically analyze IT costs and processes; Discovering optimization potentials Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, software and typical IT processes to understand facts Experience with cost accounting, budgeting, cost-effectiveness analyses and key figures systems Clear representation of complex issues for management and departments; Convincing presentation of results Knowledge of the planning and control of IT projects Secure handling of controlling tools, BI systems, Excel
