Commercial Excellence Manager (m/f/d)

You act as a commercial:r Sparringspartner:in the management and actively supports the management of the profit/loss account (P&L). You work closely with sales, supply chain and finance and actively participate in strategic initiatives. You translate strategic goals into a consistent KPI framework along the sales process and continuously develop it. You control pricing, segmentation and sales processes and ensure their effectiveness. You ensure consistency and data quality in the pricing processes. You implement concepts to increase sales force effectiveness. You analyze the profitability of customers, products and markets as the basis of sound control decisions. You carry out deviation analyses in the result scheme and then take concrete measures to improve earnings and increase profitability. You implement cross-departmental projects to improve efficiency and improve earnings. You're creating sound management policy templates.

You have a successfully completed degree course, for example in business, finance, controlling or a comparable degree course. You bring relevant experience in controlling, finance, data/analytics, or in the sales-related environment. You have pronounced analytical skills and enjoy working deep into numbers, data and relationships. You work structuredly and carefully in complex situations and develop a profound understanding of the relationships between costs, revenues and results. You consistently investigate inconsistencies, critically question results and take responsibility for the sustainable and resilient solution finding. You convince with high self-motivation and the willingness to work intensively on new and challenging topics. You have very good knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint and SAP; first experiences with BI tools (e.g. Power BI) are beneficial. You communicate safely and addressably in exchange with different disciplines. You have knowledge of English in word and writing.
