Head of Network Construction Supply Infrastructure (m/f/d)

Strategically shape & take responsibility: You develop the network construction department and take over the professional and disciplined leadership of a team of currently 12 employees. At the same time, you have the overall responsibility for operational network construction in the electricity, water, district heating, gas and telecommunications sectors. Control projects holistically: plan, coordinate and manage all network construction projects from new construction to expansion to refurbishment, and always keep track of dates, costs and quality. Implementation of construction measures: You ensure the smooth running of all construction measures from main lines to house connections and ensure that everything is efficiently interlocked on the construction site. Professionally accompany partners: external service providers and construction companies control you with overview and negotiation skills, from tendering and awarding to quality control, follow-up management and compliance with all relevant requirements. Connecting interfaces and securing the future: In exchange with internal areas and authorities, drive processes actively, ensure transparent communication and responsible budget, reporting and compliance with legal and technical frameworks.

Completion: You have a successfully completed degree in utility technology or a comparable degree course with relevant experience in network engineering. Management competence: You bring experience in the professional or disciplinary leadership and understand teams to develop, motivate and make success visible. Industry and project experience: You have well-founded professional experience in a utility company and in project and process management, so that you can safely control complex infrastructure projects and successfully complete them. Expertise: You know technical regulations, standards and relevant regulations and move safely in the field of technology, economy and regulation.
