Instructor – Bespoke Tailoring (m/f/d)

In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated personality for the Training area tailoring – the focus of women, which professionally accompanies our trainees and with heart on their way to professional life.

Your tasks

Education: They convey professional and professional theoretical contents of the tailoring company Damen according to the training frame plan. Our trainees accompany you, among other things, in the production of individual garments, the creation of cuts, the execution of samples and in the preparation for interim and final examinations.

Begleitung & Support: They plan and design individual learning and development processes and promote the professional and craft skills of our trainees. With patience, expertise and a look for quality, you convey modern working methods and help them develop their skills continuously.

Cooperation & documentation: They document the course of training structured and keep the learning progress in mind. In close cooperation with the team and the accompanying specialist services, you provide individual support for the trainees and contribute to a successful training.

Your profile

Qualification: They are tailor-madewith the focus on women, tailor-made masterin, apparel technician*in or have a comparable qualification. In addition, you have successfully completed the training examination (AEVO) or are willing to acquire it.
