Your tasks

• Preparation of all food and beverages and their output and monitoring
• Instruction and use of kitchen assistants taking into account the technical instructions of the kitchen master
• Manage consumables, protective and special clothing
• perform and document cleaning and disinfection work

• Professional Experience (m/w/d)
• teaching according to §43 of the Infection Protection Act
