Are you inspiring for ecological and sustainable building? Then advise our customers: inside and certify the most sustainable concepts for existing and new building buildings. Become an expert (w/m/d) in the area of ESG/Green Building and pioneering buildings. Advice and support of Green Building certifications (DGNB, LEED, BREEAM, WELL) Creation of life cycle cost calculations (LCC) and sustainability concepts for new buildings and existing objects Implementation of pre-assessments and demonstrations according to certification criteria Additional advantage: Considering regulatory ESG aspects (e.g. EU taxonomy) and ESG strategy development for real estate portfolios Support for the acquisition and development of new customer relationships and further development of our consulting team

Studies in the field of architecture, civil engineering, climate engineering, real estate management or similar First to multi-year experience with Green Building certifications and interest in ESG trends Understanding sustainable financing mechanisms and decarbonisation strategies Self-employed and structured working, coupled with team spirit and consulting strength Fun on innovative projects and dialogue with customers Good MS Office knowledge as well as good English knowledge in word and writing
