SPECIALIST ACCOUNTING and KREDITMANAGEMENT (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d)

Location Hechingen

Support for financial management in subject-related tasks, such as internal and external audits, tax and customs checks, and the creation of monthly and annual accounts according to HGB and IFRS Cooperation with tax advisors and coordination and management of tax decisions Responsible implementation of test and control routines in the field of sales tax and gift control Creation of statistical reports, e.g. to the Bundesbank Participation in projects for the further development of financially relevant processes and digitization and implementation of internal controls as well as ensuring compliance guidelines Credit and credit limit checks, credit insurance and payment arrangements Assignment, clarification, booking of complex payment inputs, differences, account management, carrying out activities in the Cash Collection (Mahnwesen, Telefoninkasso) and complaint processing in cooperation with the departments Installation, maintenance and control of debitor accounts and FI master data Creation of reports and analyses in the field of demand Support in the implementation, integration and maintenance of electronic initial invoices and customer documents

Completed commercial training and/or training or comparable qualification, further training to/from balance sheet holder:in (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) desirable You can also study in Accounting, Finance, Accounting or Controlling Multiannual professional experience in accounting and credit management, ideal in an international environment Self-conscient, responsible and structured working, high reliability and accuracy as well as the expertise to solve complex issues in the overall context Advanced knowledge of common ERP systems, SAP preferred. Very good Excel and Word knowledge Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Loadability, pronounced communication strength with a friendly, professional appearance – even in demanding situations and real team spirit
