Engineer for track construction (m/f/d)

In order to support our team in the construction department of the Bad Gandersheim office, we are looking for you as an engineer or engineer (w/m/d).

Planning, tendering and awarding of earth and road works including Tables of services, mass determinations, supply evaluation and proposals for awards. Construction and monitoring: assignment of contractors, technical assistance, audits, cost-advancement, interim and final withdrawals, and maintenance of warranty periods. Coordination with external stakeholders such as public authorities, utilities, engineering offices and coordination on lines, safeguards and workflows. Compilation of cross-border agreements and settlement calculations with other modes of transport in accordance with relevant cross-border rules. Cost and data management in iTWO: determination, monitoring and updating of cost calculations, financing plans and control-relevant data according to AKVS and evaluation of ZEB data.

Complete university studies in the field of civil engineering or comparable expertise, qualifications and experience

That would be desirable: Multiannual professional experience in the described field of work, as well as extensive expertise in road construction, procurement, legal and standard regulations (including HOAI, VOB/VOL, RSA 21, FStrG, DIN standards for concrete, cross-cutting law incl. ABBV, AKVS). Secure handling of specialist software, in particular iTWO (prescription, billing, costs) and Microsoft Office. Class B driving licence and standby for the use of a personal or service vehicle.
