Teamleiter Backoffice (m/f/d)

Leadership and organisation of the Backoffice team as well as representation of team-relevant topics and products within the company. Evaluation of the data processed in the team to identify and actively raise potential for optimization and improvement. Existing processes and processes are further developed together with the team and automated wherever possible. Supporting the team in the day-to-day business to secure the smooth running together. Cooperation with adjacent areas to strengthen transparency, quality and effect.

First management experience and a professional background in controlling or in the financial/commercial field Ideally knowledge of securities processing or first experience in the trading environment Analytical thinking, safe handling of numbers and a sound understanding of controlling and statistics Structured and self-sponsored working together with initiative and willingness to design Clear communication, team-oriented action and joy in taking responsibility and sharing knowledge Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
