Technical support for selected infrastructure software based on Windows for our specialist trading partners First and second level support for software solutions such as backup, mail server, email archiving, security solutions and remote monitoring & management Analysis and reporting of technical problems with subsequent solution finding by e-mail, remote maintenance and telephone Consulting our company customers and partners in all technical questions about our products Implementation of installations and webinars to our software solutions Creating new and translation of existing Knowledge-Base articles for the administration of the software Transfer of feedback to the development departments for product and process optimization Support for internal IT administration of the network environment

If you answer the following statements internally with a clear 'Yes!', we should get to know: You have a completed training in IT, computer science or multi-year experience in technical support or IT administration.

Windows environments, software solutions and networks are your professional home.

Ideally, you have experience in some of these areas: Active Directory, Backup & Restore, Email Archiving, Microsoft 365 / Exchange (online or on-prem), IT Security, Automation & MSP tools, PowerShell, SQL databases or virtualization.

What distinguishes you: You know that a hard reset has nothing to do with sports, a timeout not only affects children and a bus topology does not describe a new stop. You understand why “My Internet does not go” is not a sufficient error description and you still find the right solution patiently and purposefully.

Also under pressure you keep an overview, stay clear in communication and convince with friendliness, tranquility and technical know-how.
