In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a reliable employee for our place of business / placekeeper (m/w/d) in Duisburg, who organizes, maintains and ensures that our teams find optimal working conditions at any time.

We are looking for you as an employee / place master (m/w/d) to strengthen our team!

You are responsible for the organization, order and cleanliness of our site in Duisburg. You will ensure smooth operation and take over regular control, maintenance and minor repairs to buildings, technical facilities and facilities on the premises. You check incoming goods for completeness and quality and ensure proper storage and EDV documentation. You assemble materials, tools and equipment for our construction site teams and make sure everything is ready on time. You carry out smaller maintenance work on vehicles and devices, such as lamp replacement or tyre replacement. In the event of technical disturbances or emergencies, you quickly and coordinate the necessary measures. You perform administrative tasks, document workflows and provide relevant data in our computer systems.

Craft skills and technical understanding Experience in handling maintenance and repair tasks, building site logistics or facility management Independent, reliable and solution-oriented mode of operation Physical resilience as well as pleasure in outdoor activities Flexibility and readiness at the construction site Basic computer knowledge and safe handling of MS Office applications Driving licence class B required
