They carry out work and audit planning (planning responsibility) They take over the central care of the self-examination of the plant and the care of test identifiers/characters They develop measurement and testing strategies according to qualitative and economic aspects They observe the market in terms of technological development of existing or new testing technologies. This forms the basis of a predictive planning of necessary investments (focus on quality assurance) You take over the project management and planning for the procurement of new measuring and testing equipment You are responsible for budget management of investment projects and strategic and operational layout planning They work closely with manufacturing areas, quality assurance, programming, construction, purchasing and maintenance You create test instructions for initial/intermediate and final testing and create standards The connection of test equipment to qs-Stat or the detection of measured values in hand-held measuring devices (final testing and/or processing machines) are your tasks They are responsible for developing innovative solutions for process stability in small batch sizes They drive component-specific testing devices with innovative solutions You run A3 reports for systematic faults in the manufacturing sector The care and advice of the subsidiaries completes your task

You have a successfully completed technical training, e.g. for industrial (m/w/d) or machining mechanic (m/w/d) with a further training to master (m/w/d) or technician (m/w/d) or a successfully completed study (e.g. mechanical engineering or production and automation technology) Very good knowledge in measuring/testing technology and in testing planning Experiences in SPC, MFU, MSA complete your profile You have very good SAP and MS Office skills English skills are desirable They bring business knowledge and experience in the project planning of investment projects A communicative appearance paired with a structured and solution-oriented way of working and a pronounced sense of responsibility is one of your strengths
