You shall work in operations where your expertise is required and processes and layers are reliably organized. The area of use is determined jointly by your place of residence; Germany-wide availability is not provided.

• As a fixed reference person, you accompany residents: indulgently through everyday life and ensure that nursing decisions are implemented individually and comprehensible. • You carefully implement prophylactic measures, take risks in everyday life and thus support the safety, stability and well-being of the inhabitants: inside the home. • You participate in the creation and adaptation of individual care plans and provide a well-founded care tailored to the person. • Through complete and well-structured information sharing, you can support the clean transfer of care and manage transitions as clean as possible.
