As a #surveyor (m/w/d), you're not just a WEG manager – you're the heart of our administration. With you in the team we want to tackle the following topics together: Nothing goes without you – you are the hub for owners, tenants and authorities. Lamp fever is a foreign word for you. You prepare the owner's meetings, execute them and implement the decisions. You always have an eye on our objects: regular visits, technical projects and all that belongs to them are in your hand. You can check if everything goes – from maintenance to testing, you keep an overview. Damage and insurance cases? No problem, you know what to do and take care of the resolution. Whether tenant, lawyer, authority or service provider – you are the contact person who keeps the overview. You have a good feeling for improvements and know where we can get even more technically or economically. Budget planning and appointment controlling are in your best hands – you have the numbers and dates in your hands.
