Manager Corporate M&A (m/f/d)

Mergers & Acquisitions: You tax and coordinate our corporate M&A activities along the entire value chain – from target identification to valuation to closing. You'll start pitch presentations, teasers, information memorandums as well as integrated financial models and company reviews. Acquisition: You actively develop contact strategies for potential acquisition goals and take responsibility for due diligence processes at regional and national level. You control external consultants (FDD, LDD, TDD, etc.) and accompany negotiations with potential targets. Market and competition analysis: You are constantly testing the market for transport services and adjacent sectors, identifying growth potentials and bringing internal and external data to sound decision templates. Post-Merger Integration (PMI): You accompany the integration of newly acquired companies and coordinate stakeholder management with the relevant decision-makers within the Köhler transfer group. Strategic business development: You support the management in the further development of our growth strategy and work on special projects in the field of corporate development.

Complete university studies, e.g. in BWL, Economics or a comparable degree course with a focus on finance, accounting or strategy Multiannual professional experience in the M&A environment (investment banking, consulting, corporate or private equity) Funded knowledge of corporate assessment, financial modeling and deal structuring Structured, hands-on-impregnated operation with pronounced analytical thinking capacity Secure handling of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) German knowledge and good English skills Own initiative, team capacity and a high level of responsibility Interest in a company with social order and growth ambitions
