You take over the examination of building designs and execution plans for new buildings In addition, you will take care of the contract processing of engineering services, including the establishment of tasks and performance descriptions, offer testing and control of the commissioned engineering services You will also work with you in various projects for construction of new bridges You process the processing and settlement of planning projects, in particular the procurement and monitoring of the commissioned planning performance In addition, you will provide technical opinions on the approval of special uses. As part of your varied tasks, you will process the analysis and evaluation of the structural conditions with the SIB-Bauwerke database

Completed (specialized) university studies in the field of civil engineering with the deepening of constructive engineering or equivalent expertise, qualifications and experience Safe handling of the common Microsoft Office programs Very good oral and written expressiveness in German (at least language level C1)

That would be desirable: Knowledge of procurement and contract law Technical expertise in the field of construction engineering in projects of transport infrastructure In-depth knowledge of engineering regulations and guidelines such as RAB-ING, RE-ING, BEM-ING, ZTV‐ING, RIZ-ING Class B driving licence
