Executive Housekeeper (m/f/d)

You guide the entire housekeeping team and make sure that all guest rooms, suites and public areas meet the highest cleanliness and hygiene standards. You are responsible for the planning, organization and coordination of all housekeeping operations – from daily service planning to quality control. You train, motivate and develop your team continuously, focusing on professionalism, team spirit and service orientation. You monitor the use of materials, detergents and equipment and ensure professional handling and efficient cost control. You carry out regular quality and safety checks and work closely with other departments (e.g. Front Office, Technik, F&B) to ensure smooth guest service. You take care of the laundry management, coordinate special cleaning and accompany the preparations for guest tours, events or the care of VIP guests. You are analysing processes, creating reports and continuously developing standards to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction sustainably. You bring your housekeeping team as well as the operational departments behind you through your professional expertise and personal broadcasting. You will understand how to make quality and hygiene standards tangible and anchor a strong awareness of cleanliness, order and hospitality throughout the hotel.
