With trust and inspiration, you can request and promote your employees (m/w/d) individually in the team. Use instruments such as target agreement and performance assessment. With your experience and the right feeling, you initiate and accompany process and cultural change processes. You agree on orders and ensure consistent compliance with all performance agreements relating to projects and other ongoing tasks. In addition, the organization of your team is on your agenda within the Real Estate Competence Center, where you coordinate tasks and interests of the group or real estate. You have a (special) university degree as an insurance specialist (m/w/d), an entrepreneur (m/w/d) and/or a comparable vocational training. In addition, you have well-founded experience in the field of corporate customer insurance - ideally in the area of housing or/and real estate. Through your experience in a leadership function, you bring a pronounced leadership and coaching expertise. Self-organization and pronounced social and communicative competence are of course for you. They are result-oriented and aim-oriented and convince by analytical, strategic and complex thinking and acting.

Homeoffice: Flexible working hours at home office and office. Working hours: Standard 38h week, time recording system, sliding time & working time account. Holidays: 30 days holiday & additional work-free days (24.12. and 31.12.). Payment: 14 monthly salaries (incl.
