Projektmanager Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) (m/f/d)

Your tasks - shape the future together: As a project manager M&A (m/w/d), you are part of our Corporate M&A team with a strong international focus and in the direct environment of the top-level bodies of the Würth Group. You are involved in complex national and international M&A projects (focused on acquisitions) for the Würth Group - from strategic portfolio enhancements to new business areas. In close cooperation, you will support M&A's Head for the holistic support of M&A projects - from market and competition analysis, target screening with transaction initiation, selection of consultants involved in the project, company assessment, due diligence, decision preparation for the bodies (including contract negotiation and execution) to closing. Their M&A activities are broadly diversified - You mainly include transaction management in acquisitions, venture capital investments, partnerships / joint ventures and divestments within the different business areas of the Würth Group. You analyze business plans, identify opportunities for growth, synergies and risks, make market assessments, conduct strategic and financial evaluations, and prepare policy proposals for the management and advisory board of the Würth Group.

Your profile - grow together: A completed study with an economic orientation (e.g. BWL, Economy & Law, Industrial Engineering). At least 4 years of professional experience in the areas of Corporate M&A, M&A Advisory, Due Diligence, Transaction Services and/or Private Equity. Funded (theory and practice) knowledge of all steps of the M&A process, the common procedures for corporate assessment and financial analysis / financial modeling. English and German. You are versed in dealing with current MS Office applications (in particular Excel and PowerPoint) and enterprise databases. You are characterized by analytical thinking, communication strength, sovereign appearance and team capacity.
