You support and advise the campers (m/w/d) in our central warehouse in implementing and ensuring LEAN activities, including continuous improvements, training and daily LEAN routines As a central point of contact for all LEAN topics in our logistics area, you take care of the implementation of the relevant topics and projects and have a role model for the LEAN philosophy on site You'll start tracking and reporting on the implemented LEAN actions and perform local best practice events LEAN Coaches are used to support on-site inspections and inform the warehouse logistics department about the results You coordinate activities within the LEAN Academy and, for example, carry out training for the employees of the logistics areas
