Occupational Safety Specialist (m/f/d)

You take on a variety of tasks – as a specialist in safety at work, you are responsible for the Leipzig and Krostitz sites and for the planning, implementation, monitoring and optimization of the operational processes in all areas of safety at work and work. Using the SAP tool “EHSM” you create workplace and activity-related risk assessments and carry out occupational safety instruction. This SAP tool will also help you deal with the issues related to accident and hazardous materials management. In addition, you will take over further assignments in the areas of environmental management, immission protection and fire protection. In addition, You maintain and develop special cross-interface content in the integrated management system of the Radeberger Group. You control the area – You coordinate cooperation with the professional community and other relevant authorities and agree with foreign companies to ensure compliance with the occupational safety requirements. You are competent contact persons - You advise the management, the responsible executives and employees around the topics of occupational safety and fire protection. In addition, with your presence and response on site, you create a high awareness of the occupational safety culture of the Radeberger Group KG in the work areas of the employees and the safety officers of the sites. You develop the area further - You contribute to the continuous development of the area in the processing of multi-site group topics and projects.

Your experience – you have already gained professional experience in the field of occupational safety. Your training - You have a successfully completed engineering studies or a successfully completed master or technician training. It would be desirable to complete training as a specialist for occupational safety. If the technical requirement is fulfilled, the training is also possible within the framework of the recruitment. A qualification in the field of fire protection and qualified persons is a clear advantage. Their personality – You are characterized by a quick understanding, a structured way of working and organisational strength.
