Commercial Project Manager - Procurement & Contracts (m/f/d)

REQUIREMENTS Management and ensuring a reliable and efficient commercial procurement process of complex project contracts worth > 100 million EUR (after signing the contract in the execution phase until the end of the warranty period) Control of variable price positions in the trades (so-called index and cost+ positons) Negotiation and clarification of the commercial claims, in particular the supplier's claims and the claims of Amprion Contact person and coordinator for the supplier for the commercial management of the individual trades Design of cooperation with the suppliers of the individual trades within the framework of a project Observation of the supply chain, detect early bottlenecks and disruptions and initiate joint countermeasures with our partners Implementation of all requirements to ensure a holistic supplier quality management during the construction phase with a focus on commercial criteria, if appropriate in coordinated cases with suppliers or sub-suppliers Identification of commercial risk management for the respective trade and the associated suppliers Control of the “Lessons Learned Process” with the focus on commercial optimization

PROFIL a successful degree in the field of business management, economics, economic engineering or equivalent qualification Experience in the development of investment projects, e.g. from the construction industry negotiation experience, communication skills and team orientation Interest on technical issues Experience in or in cooperation with contract and/or claim management is desirable safe handling of MS Office (in particular Excel and Power Point) as well as basic SAP skills (module MM) Readiness to travel nationally and internationally knowledge of German and very good English in word and writing the location is also suitable for cross-enterers, e.g. from the capital goods distribution, from the consulting area, technical area - we support you with structured incorporation and professional support
