Senior Consultant (m/w/d) IT HCM

In order to support our IT department at the Fürth site, we are looking for you as a Senior Consultant (m/w/d) IT HCM as part of an indefinite permanent appointment at the next possible time

Your tasks:

• Implementations and configurations in the SAP HCM, in particular in the areas of pay billing and time management
• Programming and implementation of technical components in SAP BW/4HANA including associated interfaces to SAP HCM
• Conception, development and support of SAP programming solutions in the HCM environment – including using the programming language ABAP as well as implementing the SAP HCM reporting in the SAP HCM BI system (m/w/d) for technical and business questions
• Implementation of requirements analyses in close coordination with the department for identifying optimization potentials and system adaptations
• Implementation of regular functional, integration and mass tests
• Implementation of training for end users (m/w/d) and provision of support and solution approaches for system errors or problems
• Support as well as introductions of SAP deduction accounting and SAP time management in the KURZ Group

Your profile:

• They have completed university studies (Master/Diplom) in the IT field or completed IT-related training including multi-year, relevant professional experience in the IT field with a focus on pay billing and time management or DataScience Analytics
• They possess well-founded programming knowledge in the area of pay accounting and time management, preferably in the SAP HCM, as well as expert knowledge in the personnel reporting, ideally in the SAP-BI
• Practical experience in SAP-Customizing desirable
• High customer orientation, IT affinity and business knowledge
• Ability to Analytical and Conceptual Work
• They are characterized by an independent and targeted working method and at the same time appreciate constructive cooperation in the team
