We are looking for an AI & digitization expert (m/w/d), who not only recognizes potentials, but transforms ideas into working solutions. No pure strategy consultant (m/w/d) is expressly requested, but a machine with a technical downfall: someone who puts existing processes on the test stand develops new AI-use cases, raises automation potentials and, together with the specialist areas, actually brings digital solutions into operation. Identification and evaluation of AI, digitization and automation potentials Analysis and optimization of existing business processes using digital solutions Development and technical implementation of specific AI and automation projects Building new AI-Use-Cases and Transfer of Successful Solutions to Practice Participation in the further development of digital projects and the testing of an AI-based ERP system

Graduate or comparable qualification, e.g. in computer science, business informatics, digitalization or data science, or an IT training, e.g. as an IT system administrator, specialist in system integration or specialist in application development (m/w/d) Finded practical experience in AI, digitalization, automation or IT Good technical knowledge and pronounced hand-on mentality Experience with AI, Large Language Models, APIs and/or Automation Tools Analytical, independent and solution-oriented personality with very good German and good English skills
