We are a leading manufacturer of wastewater technology for international shipping and excellent as a "employer of the future". With our team from currently around 90 colleagues, we help our customers worldwide to protect the marine environment from pollution caused by marine wastewater. All HAMANN systems are developed and manufactured at the Hollenstedt site.

THE INDICES

• Self-responsible preparation and execution of monthly wage and salary bills for about 90 employees
• Detection of leave and absence of staff
• Advising employees in questions about pay billing and time recording issues as well as tax and social security rights
• Communication with health insurance companies and authorities, as well as preparation of all certificates
• Candidate management in our recruiting process
• Creation of work contracts in cooperation with the Legal Staff Office
• Onboarding new employees
• Creation of work and intermediate certificates
• Creation of travel cost accounting for employees
• Optional travel management

THE EXPENDITURE OF IHNEN

• Completed commercial training for tax professionals, payroll holders or similar activities
• Multiannual professional experience in personnel management and/or further training for personnel management
• Basic knowledge of labour law
• German language
• Knowledge in pay tax and social security law
• They are an organizational institution, enjoy administrative tasks and bring a strong sense of responsibility
