Activity As a company development, we advise and support the Executive Board in the management of the overall organisation. We do this through the responsibility and support of strategic organizational development and change processes and the advice of departments in these matters. The objective of the structural and cultural transformation combined with the overall strategy is the basis of our work. These include strategic projects, activities and fields of action, link them with each other in a meaningful manner and thus strengthen progressive transparency, efficiency and effectiveness.

As Manager Corporate Development (m/w/d) with a focus on consulting, you are a key player in the strategic development and change processes of the DRV Bund. Your main tasks include: Advising staff management, the Executive Board and departments in the strategic development and implementation of the overall strategy – with Focus on the connection of individual change strands to a large whole. Reorientation and accompaniment of strategic change processes Type, including planning and monitoring of organisational development and restructuring processes. Support for project management in implementing strategic measures. Assessment of enquiries and concepts as well as linking various actions to prepare for the Executive Board. Cooperation with various business areas and support for the management of staff in project management and in strategic and operational topics.

With your analytical skills as well as strong strategic and networked thinking, you can combine different interests and open up new solutions or approaches. With your experience as a managerin Corporate Development (m/w/d) in cooperation with top management levels, you act as an advisorin or impulse provider*in and thus have a direct influence on company development. In your responsible and varied position, you will also bring: A completed higher education (Bachelor/Diplom FH) in the field of social, human or economic sciences Alternatively, you have a management-oriented vocational training with multi-year professional experience in organisational development in a public administration Multiannual detectable professional experience in business development, organisational advice or restructuring processes – ideally in a complex business environment Ideally, you have a sound knowledge of strategy, organisational development, project management or restructuring
