Your duties Responsibility as controlling business partner of SCHOTT Pharma with focus on operations controlling Active creation of financial transparency and management support through evaluation of location performance and benchmark analyses Continuous improvement and standardization of processes in the fields of reporting, strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting with particular focus on production costs Coaching the global team on financial performance factors and tracking optimization projects Assessment of risks and opportunities in the business sector and proactive recommendations on value added in production Cooperation with international colleagues on the further development of controlling and business processes Implementation of financial assessments, including sensitivity and scenario analyses of investment projects and other business cases

Your profile Graduate degree in Business Administration with focus on Finance & Controlling At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of (work) controlling in an international B2B company Embossed analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented way of working Successful cooperation in international projects and interdisciplinary teams Entrepreneurial thinking with strong decision-making skills, intercultural competence and team spirit Excellent stakeholder management skills that enable open and trusting communication at all hierarchical levels
