A completed university degree (Dipl.-Ing. FH, Bachelor) Architecture or Civil Engineering Department Construction/Construction Management/Construction Company or a comparable degree course at a university Mind. 2 years of professional experience in the planning and implementation of structural measures Alternatively, you have a completed (special) degree course (Dipl.‐Ing. [FH] /Bachelor) in a comparable building planning or project management-oriented study direction. In this case, please provide at least three years of practical experience in the development of construction projects of LPH 5 – 9. Organisational and coordination capacity, enforcing ability, economic understanding, joy in constructive and interdisciplinary teamwork, independence, commitment and responsibility, proactive and dynamic Safe appearance and pronounced oral and written argumentation Safe handling of MS Office applications Ready to work on SBN's specialist software (including HHV Bau, I-Two, PDF-XChange Editor) Knowledge of subject-related administrative and legal provisions (including VOB, NBauO) Knowledge of the HOAI, the procurement manual and experience in building for the public are of advantage knowledge of the German language at least of stage C1 in accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference.
