As a trainee in the “Market Management Direct Sales Model” section, you work at the interface between the MPC (Market) and the sales control in the headquarters. You make sure that the agreed goals are achieved by empowering and supporting the respective markets. In doing so, you regularly analyze plan and actual numbers, identify disturbances or deviations that could endanger market success, and develop countermeasures to bring the market back on track. In addition, you test and analyze competition activities and make necessary adjustments in the areas of pricing, control of sales channels and marketing communication. In the Market Management Direct Sales Model, you are in the centre of sales management and link finance, production planning, market and logistics. Partly, you also bear responsibility for compliance with market-specific CO2 requirements. As sales control is increasingly influenced by AI-based knowledge systems and data-based algorithms, it is important that you interpret the resulting recommendations in a business-oriented manner and challenge and develop the markets with the results.

Master, MBA or PhD in Business Administration or Economics Maximum three years of professional experience (outside the course) At least three months of experience abroad (e.g. by studying, internship or work & travel) Impressed affinity for digital technologies and enthusiasm for future trends We appreciate applicants with a strong social sense of responsibility Very good knowledge of English (level C1) Motivation to actively shape the transformation process at Mercedes-Benz and take responsibility Interpersonal and communicative skills combined with excellent analytical skills Team-oriented personality that motivates others to achieve common goals We look forward to your online application.
