Support of the Head of Division for the Department's technical, organisational and economic management Representation of the Head of Division and adoption of defined management and decision-making tasks Professional leadership, support and further development of employees and promotion of trusted cooperation Own-sponsored management of demanding projects in the field of transport structures and bridges over all phases of performance Participation in resource, capacity and personnel deployment planning Organisation and moderation of departmental and project meetings including follow-up of agreed measures Support for the acquisition of new projects as well as care and development of long-term customer relationships Ensuring quality, time and cost-oriented project execution including project controlling and quality assurance Participation in the strategic development of the department and the optimization of processes and digital planning methods

Successfully completed studies of civil engineering with a focus on structural engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the planning of transport structures and bridges as well as in the independent management of demanding projects First experience in the professional or disciplinary leadership of employees or the motivation to take the next career step into a leadership position Good knowledge of HOAI and ideally experience with partnering contract and cooperation models (e.g. Allianz models) Entrepreneurial thinking and a good understanding of economic relationships Experience in offering scaling and project controlling of advantage Impressed communication and organisational capacity and a binding and sovereign occurrence Structured, self-responsible and solution-oriented working methods as well as joy in actively shaping the further development of the department
