(Senior) Manager - Health Care / Statutory Health Insurance (m/f/d)

As (Senior) Manager – Health Care / GKV (m/w/d) you will be part of our GKV leadership team and will be a leading role in developing the Health Care area for Deloitte. You acquire and guide projects in statutory health insurance and help our customers develop tailor-made solutions – from strategy to implementation. Trusted Advisor: You advise decision-makers on board and business management level on issues of digital transformation, such as data-driven process optimizations or implementing AI Responsibility: You conduct projects in statutory health insurance and with interdisciplinary teams to achieve goals Account management: You proactively build relationships with our customers and take responsibility for creating tailor-made offers Marketing: You still recognize undisputed potentials in the healthcare market and help shape the further development of our performance portfolio, including through publications and participation in events Future: You develop team members through productive feedback, coaching and mentorship. To do this, you support Deloitte's training and recruiting activities

Graduate degree (preferably Master) in the field of Health, in particular Health Economics, Management, Informatics, Industry, Science, Nursing Science, Human Medicine or Comparable, such as a further education with the focus Health Insurance Business Administration (m/w/d), with good to very good grades Multiannual consulting experience in the GKV environment on strategic topics, in particular in supply, digital transformation or data structures in healthcare Good knowledge of German health and/or social security law Reliable customer relationships to the senior management of various health insurance companies, associations, their IT service providers or other public health organisations Conception strength, team spirit and a structured and predictive way of working readiness to travel and very good German and English knowledge
