You serve and accompany people with mental illness and/or disability in the working day of the Horb plant You promote the professional, social and personal development of our clients Plan, organize and design work-related measures as well as individual and group offers You guide our clients in assembly, packaging and commissioning work You support creative, craft and everyday activities You work closely with a multi-professional team You are working on the further development of our educational and work-therapeutic offers with You have basic computer skills You document funding targets and manage actions You actively shape our social and diacon work

You have a completed training or a completed study as a work educator, health caregiver, occupational therapist, work pedagogue (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification You have ideally experience dealing with people with mental illness or disability You work empathically, responsibly and team-oriented You are characterized by an independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working You enjoy craftsmanship, creative and everyday activities You are open to professional and personal development You ideally have a class B licence
