SAP Basis Administrator IT and Data Management (m/f/d)

Ensuring a stable and efficient SAP operation through continuous monitoring, proactive error analysis and quick fixation of incidents as well as performance problems holistic support and further development of the SAP system landscape – from basic administration to infrastructure (server, storage, high availability) to SAP HANA databases including backup and recovery strategies Administration of the SAP Solution Manager, optimization of central processes such as system monitoring, solution documentation and test management cooperation on challenging projects such as system upgrades, release changes and migrations; Change and Incident Management Support design, administration and strategic development of modern SAP cloud solutions, including identity & access management, single sign-on and security concepts; Integration of innovative technologies such as AI or IoT

Completed studies in computer science, medical informatics, business informatics or a comparable subject area Knowledge of system installations, maintenance, upgrades and the SAP S/4HANA environment Multiannual experience in the administration of SAP systems (including S/4HANA, HANA, Fiori, NetWeaver) Very good knowledge of SAP application and database servers as well as in the operating systems Windows Server and SUSE Linux Expertise in the use and integration of SAP Solution Manager within complex SAP landscapes Safe handling of common project management and ticketing tools Experience in IT service management (ideally ITIL-compliant) as well as pronounced service and customer orientation

The body shall be occupied in full or part-time employment as of 1 July 2026. Remuneration takes place according to the classification rules of the respective domestic collective agreement and is possible in the event of the personal conditions in the remuneration group U11.
