At the closest possible time, we are looking for you as project manager:in infrastructure projects (w/m/d) for DB RegioNetz Verkehrs GmbH (Southeast Bavarian Railway) at the Mühldorf am Inn site. Your tasks:

At the south-eastern Bavarian Railway, you conduct B and C projects in the field of maintenance infrastructure and accompany them from the first idea to the successful commissioning. Taxes infrastructural construction projects in the plant environment and coordinates the works and technical processes involved Take over the client's representation with responsibility for budgets and appropriate authority for B projects and make informed decisions within the meaning of the company Elaborate feasibility studies and cost-effectiveness analyses that serve as a resilient basis for investment and maintenance Ensure appointment, costs and quality goals by professional project, interfaces and requirement management and perform consistent target-actual comparisons Organize all building tasks structured, guaranteed work and environmental protection, secure auditable documentation and accompanying construction and warranty phases

Your profile:

A completed study in civil engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable technical field forms your technical basis First experience in construction or production projects helps you to safely implement infrastructure measures in ongoing operation, even with fewer years of work you are welcome Project management skills, ideally according to HOAI, enable you to manage your projects in a structured and economical manner Embossed coordination skills characterizes you and helps you to bring together different interests in a targeted manner You can control interfaces and requirement management safely, especially in the workshop-related environment A self-confident appearance and decision-making strength empowers you to persuasively perceive your role as contractor representatives
