The Schön Klinik Berchtesgadener Land is a specialist clinic with the medical focuses on psychosomatic medicine (hospital treatment) and pneumology (rehabilitation). The clinic is situated in front of picturesque mountain scenery in south-eastern Bavaria, on the edge of the Berchtesgaden National Park. The Schön Klinik Berchtesgadener Land has 325 beds, employs around 280 employees and treats around 3,400 patients per year. We are looking for a psychological team management (m/w/d) in the area of ADHD in full or part-time at the next time. Psychotherapeutic treatment: You carry out individual and group psychotherapy and take over psychological diagnosis. Multi-professional team leadership: Together with the relevant specialist, You lead a multi-professional team. ADHS-specific therapy concepts: You apply disorder-specific treatment concepts and therapy manuals, in particular in the field of ADHD, and develop these into project teams. Instructions: You conduct psychologists in further education in the diagnosis and therapy of patients with ADHD. Center-specific organisation: You perform organisational tasks and support the smooth running of the specialist center.

You have an approbation as a psychological psychotherapist or Psychological psychotherapist (m/w/d) or an approbation with a completed specialist in accordance with the new training regulations. You bring well-founded experience in psychotherapeutic treatment of disturbance images relevant to our specialist center, in particular in the area of attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHS). You are characterized by an empathic and esteemed attitude in dealing with patients and are happy to work in a multi-professional team. You convince by motivation, commitment, self-initiative and resilience and actively contribute to the therapeutic work. You are open to digital systems and the use of AI tools and are ready to integrate new technologies into your working day.
