(Senior) Service technician Telecommunication (m/d)

in full time (39 hours/week) As part of your activity, you are responsible for the installation and configuration of complex communication solutions and the associated applications, e.g. UC, SBC, 3rd-Party etc. They are responsible for system integration in communication infrastructures, such as IP networks, IP tracking, LAN/WAN, Layer 2/3, servers and gateways. In addition, you will focus on system administration, configuration, and troubleshooting of hybrid and cloud communication systems. Technical problems escalate at the manufacturer's 3rd level support. Participation in the readiness service is already known to you.

They have successfully completed training in a recognized electrotechnical profession, for example as IT system electronics or information electronics (w/m/d). In addition, you have been able to gain several years of professional experience in telecommunications technology, preferably in OSBiz or OpenScape 4000. Further product knowledge in the field of UC applications from different manufacturers (preferably the manufacturer Innovaphone) is desirable. Their ways of dealing are characterized by a customer-oriented way of trade and thinking, an independent way of working as well as team skills. You also have a class B driving licence.
