Operation, cleaning, maintenance and monitoring of the safety of the machine park such as circular saws, extractions, drilling machines, saber saws, cardboard core saws and nail tools Efficient and economical production of all pallets and coil carriages shift and holiday planning of employees Ensuring compliance with PSA and SOS standards in their own area Responsibility for the timely creation of all pallets according to drawing (packaging instructions) in good quality and appropriate quantity Monitoring of pallet stock and pre-material as well as early notification of bottlenecks or deficiencies to the championship, the ZBV line and the Central Purchasing and meeting with these Learning new employees Implementation of safety briefs Self-fulfilment of small maintenance and repair work

Completed training in the field of wood industry or in a comparable field of work Experience in pallet construction for a steel service center, ideally in the operation of digitized control systems Openness for 5S and Shopfloor Management, at best with experience Technical understanding and willingness to become familiar with new technologies Safe handling of MS Office Teamability, reliability and a structured and independent way of working Ready to work in a three-shift operation and, if necessary, More work Loadability, readiness and interest in continuous training
