On your way to an exciting role in the real estate sales of the Provincial Group, we accompany you with trainings and hospitations that are appropriate to your needs. For long-term enhancement, we are looking for you as a trainee (all genders) in our broker directorate at the Düsseldorf site.

You're expecting In about 24 months you will get a comprehensive insight into the sales activities of the Provincial Group. Of course, you start with an indefinite contract. You run various stations in the real estate director on site as well as in the interior service support units. Use the ways to build a broad network. The aim is to quickly work independently and to take over their own tasks and activities. You actively support the operational implementation of the business relationship with our affiliated brokers. In the course of your development, you will address broker companies individually, create independent offers, draw risks and strengthen our broker connections through effective inventory management. After the trainee program, a responsible and sales-oriented activity awaits you in the broker distribution.

That's what you bring Completed training as a merchant/wife for insurance and financial facilities or a higher-quality degree. You have already gained first experience in broker sales, also on the broker side. Through your situation-oriented customer and service orientation, you know how to communicate effectively. With a self-confident and binding appearance as a sales-oriented personality, you're thinking of a positive effect. You address flexible challenges with a positive attitude and find creative solutions for different topics. A high readiness for travel is of course for you to be active in the business areas (guide certificate required).
