For whom we are looking

We are looking for a banker (m/w/d) for building financing for our customers in Ludwigsburg.

Our customer is a renowned group company from the banking and insurance industry.

This will bring you

• They have a vocational training e.g. as a banker or banker (m/w/d) or a comparable training
• You have a first professional experience in the field of construction finance
• You bring good MS Office knowledge with (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Teams)
• As a service provider, you are used to put the customer at the centre of your action and understand it empirically to communicate

The job

• Applicant's credit assessment
• Examination of the occupancy of the offered object
• Decision on credit allocation within the framework of competences or Preparation of the credit decision of higher levels of competence
• Admission and approval of the loan offer within the framework of the competencies
• Definition of payment requirements
• Telephone, personal support and consultation of the sales partners in case-related questions and problems
• Showing financing alternatives
• Processing customer requests during the financing phase
