Our team takes care of the operation of the current staff system in Germany and worldwide. At the same time, as part of the digital transformation, we support the construction of a new, forward-looking staff system in the cloud, which covers the high requirements of a premium manufacturer, in order to ensure the best possible customer satisfaction for our applicants at the end of the day. The project team, which is responsible for the integration issues in this course, takes care of all integration points between the continuing existing Mercedes-Benz system world and the integration layer (integration cloud) of the HCM solution Workday. The aim is to create an integration architecture that is cost-optimized and therefore is simple in maintenance and as little business logic as possible, and to follow current architectural principles of an API-based interface world. In our team, you take responsibility as IT project managerin and integration architect with a significant impact on the entire Mercedes-Benz HR and IT organization. It is important to us that we constructively and at the same time cooperate. Regular mobile work is also used. You're a macher*in and want to move, change and implement as a team player? This is waiting for you: Together with your project team and our implementation partner, you are responsible for the integration of Mercedes-Benz legacy systems into a new HCM cloud environment

You take responsibility for coordinating, planning and implementing software integration between on-premise data centers and various cloud solutions You independently conduct CAP analyses and evaluate the existing and future IT system structures You are responsible for creating data models for visualizing complex integration scenarios With your project, you are responsible for the development and implementation of your own integration solutions, taking into account modern interface/integration requirements to ensure the viability and reduction of complexity and costs You develop (data) strategies and document the data architecture You advise the field in defining requirements You are the link between the business units and the application advertisers to ensure a sustainable and state-of-the-art interface architecture

That's what you bring: Complete study of (economic) computer science, information technology or comparable

Experienced in the planning and control of IT projects You have cloud know-how and can evaluate cloud architectures and define interface management/API knowledge are known to you Project management knowledge and multiannual experience as an integration architect*in, ideally in building the HCM solution from Workday and are familiar with their technical possibilities/restrictions Professional appearance, team spirit, initiative, highest quality standards willingness to work in complex technical processes and to help shape them responsible Pragmatic and independent working You convince with very good English - and German knowledge in word and writing
