Commissioning & Project Coordinator (m/w/d)

As a commissioning and project coordinator, you ensure that the construction and commissioning of new machines are smoothly performed by our customers. You are responsible for the planning and organisation of your colleagues as well as the machines and parts in close coordination with various departments.

Complete process planning: You are responsible for the planning and organization of the installation and commissioning of machines – from the first tests in production to the final acceptance on site at the customer (FAT to SAT) Efficient coordination: You work closely with the departments to optimize processes and to process open points and overdue payments. Cost management and analysis: You calculate the installation inserts on site and carry out nominal/actual cost comparisons as well as cover fee invoices in the aftertaste. Strategic personnel and appointment planning: You plan the personnel resources and schedule appointments to ensure a smooth running of the assembly operations.

Training: completed training or studies in the field of technology or a comparable qualification. Experience: ideally experience in planning and organizing projects and assembly operations Language knowledge: Very good German and English skills Organisational skills: You have a good eye for details and keep track of complex tasks and multiple parallel processes. Teamwork and communication: You are a real team player, you like to work closely with others and convince by your communication strength Cost awareness & negotiation skills: To ensure budget compliance, you always keep the costs in mind. In addition, you are safe to handle customers and suppliers
