Programme Manager Innovation Projects (m/f/d)

You take over the overarching, organisational and professional management of innovation and public funding projects (e.g. EDF) and are responsible for appointment, budget and resource planning. You coordinate the technical project managers (m/w/d) of each project and ensure that all activities are optimally coordinated. You act as a central interface between the various research and funding projects and ensure a smooth flow of information. The overarching priorities as well as goals are handled, defined and resolved by you. You are the central point of contact and coordination with all internal areas necessary for project execution. You regularly report to internal and external stakeholders as well as to bodies and keep them up with the project status. You participate in working groups with external partners and actively participate in the respective research topics.

You have a successfully completed study of the (economic) engineering sciences or a comparable discipline. Funded knowledge in project portfolio management can be combined and managed at the same time. You master agile, classic and hybrid project management methods and know exactly when to use the best method. You have very good English knowledge in word and writing that you can use on national and international travel. You show a high degree of analytical and implementation capability, work autonomously and introduce initiative. You communicate and present clearly, convincing and addressable. You are resilient, solution-oriented and keep an overview even in complex situations.
