CEV Handelsimmobilien GmbH, a subsidiary in the secure environment of the EDEKA association, is looking for the lease contract management at the location Berlin, Arkenberger Damm, and at the location Hamburg, New York-Ring, at the closest possible time and initially a commercial remedy (m/w/d) for the defect display management.

Your duties

• In the focus, you will edit shortages to landlords:inside
• You are responsible for storing (digital) documents
• You edit the digital, internal invoice workflow
• You maintain data in Excel tables
• You perform organizational tasks and administrative support throughout the department

Your profile

• They have an independent way of working and a pronounced service orientation
• They bring a high level of operational readiness, loadability and above-average communication capability with
• You have good computer skills (MS O365, ideally SAP)
• A very good organizational skill completes your profile
