Projektmanager (m/w/d) im Johanniter-Bildungswerk (JoBiWe) You organize, control and accompany the operational implementation of the Mobile Helper project in the pilot regions along all relevant fields of action. You plan, coordinate and document work packages, appointments, workshops, Jour-fixe formats and votes in the ongoing project. You support the pilot regions in the preparation, implementation and evaluation of the pilot projects and accompany the implementation of the project modules. You work closely with internal and external project partners and take over the operational coordination with participating organisations and service providers. You contribute to the further development and practical adaptation of digital project components (e.g. app, database, deployment planning, learning platform) from the perspective of practice. You create presentations, documents and interim and final reports for internal bodies, funding providers and project partners. You take over the current project documentation, value indicators and qualitative feedback and derive optimization measures. You support the development and maintenance of a monitoring system for measuring project objectives and effects.

You bring a completed professional training or a relevant study. You have experience in project work, project coordination or project management – ideally in complex or funded projects.
